Dawn is an early morning lifestyle fitness event designed to energise your body and mind. Participants choose one of three Fitness Activities (an untimed run, a DJ-powered flow yoga set or a High Intensity Interval Training (HITT) workout then enjoy Live Music, a Breakfast Bar with healthy food and beverages and a Play Zone with plenty of fun and interactive games.

Dawn will be held at Sentul Depot, Kuala Lumpur.

Dawn was created by Fresh Events Asia Sdn. Bhd. (782336X). They are the Trademark owners, Rights Holder and Event Organiser. Fresh Events also owns and organises The Music Run, Malaysia’s largest 5k event, and Powerman Malaysia, the World’s largest duathlon.

Participants choose one of three Fitness Activities:

  • Untimed run
  • DJ-powered flow yoga set
  • High Intensity Interval Training (HITT) workout
Age restrictions are in place on both Yoga and HIIT Activities to ensure the safety, enjoyment and wellbeing of all participants. These activities are only open to adults aged 18 years and over on the day of the Event. If you are under 18 on the day of the Event, we encourage you to join the Untimed Run. Everyone gets to enjoy the Live Music, Breakfast Bar and Play Zone!

Yes! Group Registrations will be available on the registration page when tickets are on sale.
Yes! If you want to purchase tickets for your children or bring children under 5 (for free), you will need to complete the Family Registration on the registration page when tickets are on sale.
Yes, subject to availability, Corporate Registration will be available on the registration page when tickets are on sale.

No. The Untimed Run is open to all ages and fitness levels.
The Run Course consists of a flat, sealed 4km looped track.
No. The Run is untimed and for fun. If you would like to time yourself, we recommend using your own smart watch or fitness tracker.
Yes, the Run Course is open for an hour. We encourage you to complete as many laps as you’d like within the time allotment. If you’re planning to complete more than one lap, you must complete your second (or third!) lap before the one hour cut-off mark.
There is no Medal or eCertificate for completing the Untimed Run, however you will receive an iced sports towel to help you cool down and freshen up! The Untimed Run is non-competitive and designed for all fitness and experience levels. We encourage you to run as many laps as you’re able and then enjoy that post-run buzz with great friends, awesome music and yummy food!

Yoga is an old discipline from India. It is both spiritual and physical. Yoga uses breathing techniques, exercise and meditation. It helps to improve health and happiness.
Yes. The Yoga Activity is restricted to adults aged 18 and above on the day of the Event.
Whilst some Yoga experience is beneficial, it is not necessary. We encourage anyone over 18 years old who wants to try Yoga to come along, learn and enjoy the vibe. Our Yogi Ambassadors will be on hand to assist.
No. A Yoga mat will be provided for you. Mats are the property of the Event Organiser and cannot be removed from the venue.
You will be stretching and moving your body so we want you to be comfortable. We recommend you wear your Event T-Shirt or a sports singlet with close-fitting tights or shorts. Shoes are not necessary during the activity but you’ll need them before and after your Yoga set.
The Yoga set takes one (1) hour to complete. Please ensure you are on time for the activity.
Due to capacity constraints, the Yoga Activity is restricted to the first 500 people.
There is no Medal or eCertificate for completing the Yoga set. Yoga is non-competitive and designed for all fitness and experience levels. We encourage you to push yourself as much as you’re able and then enjoy that post-yoga buzz with great friends, awesome music and yummy food!

High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods.

Yes. The HIIT workout is restricted to adults aged 18 and above on the day of the Event.

Whilst some HIIT workout experience is beneficial, it is not necessary. We encourage anyone over 18 years old who considers themselves quite fit and wants to try HIIT to come along, learn and feel the burn! Our HIIT Ambassadors will be on hand to assist.
No. Any equipment will be provided by the Event Organiser.
The HIIT workout takes one (1) hour to complete. Please ensure you are on time for the activity.

Yes. A water station is located at the HIIT Activity venue.

We want you to be comfortable during the Event and recommend you wear good sports shoes and sportswear, such as your Event T-Shirt and sports shorts or leggings.
Access to the Event venue is restricted to ticket holders only.

No. Only runners, walkers, wheelchairs and parents with strollers are permitted on the Run Course and throughout the Event venue.

Sorry, no dogs or other pets are allowed in the Event.
